Intelligent Orchestration
The era of agentic enterprise operations.
Open frameworks, vocabulary, agent patterns, and "art of possible"
scenarios for the autonomous enterprise
- across supply chain, operations, procurement, finance, R&D, IT,
data, and quality.
What this is
Intelligent Orchestration is an open initiative defining the frameworks, vocabulary, agent patterns, and “art of possible” scenarios for agentic operations across the enterprise value chain. It is built to be the canonical reference that practitioners, architects, and leaders can point to when they say “this is what we mean by intelligent orchestration.”
The initiative is in active drafting. v0.1.0 (this release) is the public announcement and the multi-domain map. Substantive content lands in v0.2.0 and onwards, one domain module at a time.
The eight domains
Intelligent orchestration is not a single-discipline play. The autonomous enterprise spans every value chain function, and the canonical reference must follow the same breadth. Each domain receives its own vocabulary, frameworks, agent inventory, and art-of-possible scenarios.
| Domain | Status |
|---|---|
| Supply Chain | In drafting |
| Operations | Future |
| Procurement | Future |
| Finance | Future |
| Research & Development | Future |
| Information Technology | Future |
| Data | Future |
| Quality | Future |
The same eight domains form the track structure of the Intelligent Orchestration Conference.
Why this exists
The agentic enterprise is being built right now, in production, at companies that cannot wait for the next reference framework to ship. Most of these teams are reinventing the same primitives - data models, governance gates, audit trails, autonomy levels - because there is no shared vocabulary for what they are doing.
Generic agent frameworks have no domain semantics. Closed reference frameworks describe a world before agents existed. Proprietary vendor platforms hide the model. And the no-vocabulary status quo turns every cross-team conversation into a glossary exercise.
Intelligent Orchestration is the missing layer: the canonical vocabulary, the open frameworks, and the practical agent patterns for the autonomous enterprise - designed for AI agents from day one, implementable in any language on any stack, and free to use in any non-commercial context.
The brands behind it
This open content engine sits at the centre of a small brand cluster. Each surface plays a distinct role:
- Intelligent Orchestration Conference
- the live forum. Annual invite-only event for value chain and
operations leaders, founded by Aleks Sidorecs, first edition January
- Three tracks: Signal, Synthesis, Art of Possible.

- this repository. The open content engine - frameworks, vocabulary, agent patterns, art of possible.
- alxsidr.io - the founder’s blog and build logs. Voice, opinion, and the journey of putting agentic operations into real production.
- A future book - the body of work compiled here is intended to become a published reference for the agentic enterprise category.
Roadmap
- v0.1.0 (this release) - Public announcement, brand cluster, the eight-domain map
- v0.2.0 - First framework module: the Triple Helix data model
- v0.3.0 - First domain module: Supply Chain (vocabulary + frameworks + agent inventory + art of possible)
- v0.4.0+ - Subsequent domain modules, sequenced by source-material readiness
Status: active drafting. Star the repository to be notified when each release lands.
